At On Time®, we believe we not only offer the finest, most reliable feeders in the industry, but we also believe we have the best warranties in the industry. As hunters, we know that unexpected “acts of nature” can happen in the wild, and we will do everything possible to assist our customers when such circumstances arise.

The On Time® Lifetime Warranty*: On Time will replace within 90 days of purchase (or, after 90 days, repair) any feeder unit found defective due to workmanship or materials used. This warranty does not include units that have been damaged due to misuse, improper use and/or improper handling. Original proof of purchase is required.

The On Time® 1-Year Warranty*: On Time will replace within 90 days of purchase (or, if after 90 days, repair) any feeder unit found defective due to workmanship or materials for a period of up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not include units that have been damaged due to misuse, improper use and/or improper handling. Original proof of purchase is required.

With both the Lifetime and 1-Year Warranty, customers are required to pay shipping and handling charges. We require that the return shipping and handling charge be accompanied with all units “claimed defective” and covered by warranty. The charge may be obtained by calling 1-800-488-3006. In addition, all units “claimed defective” must have the original receipt of purchase with them when returned for warranty purposes.

The On Time® 5-Year Warranty*: On Time will replace within 90 days of purchase (or, if after 90 days, repair) any feeder unit found defective due to workmanship or materials for a period of up to five years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not include units that have been damaged due to misuse, improper use and/or improper handling. Original proof of purchase is required.

Customers are required to pay shipping and handling charges after 90 days. We require that the return shipping and handling charge be accompanied with all units “claimed defective” and covered by warranty. The charge may be obtained by calling 1-800-488-3006. In addition, all units “claimed defective” must have the original receipt of purchase with them when returned for warranty purposes.

All On Time Warranties cover motors and electronics. Battery packs, Batteries, Spinplates, Funnels and Hopper Assemblies are not covered under these Warranties.
